Kombat Taekwondo proudly announces its official expansion into the Cayman Islands, marking a significant step in the organization’s continued global growth and presence across key international markets.
As part of this expansion, Kombat Taekwondo is honored to appoint Grand Master Steven Graham as the Kombat Taekwondo National President of the Cayman Islands.
Grand Master Graham is one of the most respected and accomplished figures in the international Taekwondo community. He is a 9th Dan Black Belt, President of the Cayman Islands Taekwondo Federation (World Taekwondo), former Heavyweight British National Champion, and a World Taekwondo International Referee. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held numerous leadership positions within World Taekwondo and the Pan American Taekwondo Union, and has served as Vice President of the Caribbean Taekwondo Union.
His lifelong dedication to Taekwondo spans nearly five decades, with a career defined by leadership, technical excellence, and international influence. His credentials include:
Commenced martial arts training in 1977 in England under Grand Master Hock Lye Ooi
Gold Medalist, Heavyweight Division – British Taekwondo Control Board Selection Championships (1983), representing qualification pathway for the WTF World Championships

Certified 1st Class Referee, British Taekwondo Union (1992)
